Default W&G Collectors Disc problem

I managed to persuade the website to let me order it, but it tried to charge me* another $19.95. Am I doing something wrong? Can somebody help, please, and point me to the appropriate way of doing things so that I'm only charged the postage?

*Just to complicate things, the identity I use to post to the forum isnt the same one I use to buy computer games (because for some reason that nobody could identity, the latter wouldn't let me post to the forum. Sigh)

Surely support will be able to merge your two accounts? They did that to me when I had been signed up under two different email addresses, with different purchases on either... now I just have one account with all my purchases on it.

With the account you definitely bought W&G on (check that they're listed under "My Games") do you get this problem? Did you buy them individually or as a full season order?

If the former, send an email to support and they should be able to sort you out. On second thought, send them an email anyway

I have the same problem: If I click the "order for the price of shipping only" button it shows up as a $20 season purchase in my cart

Hey guys, do you own the full season or just a single episode? That offer only applies to season customers. If you got Muzzled for free then you are elegible for the $19.95 upgrade (with or without the DVD) but you need to own the full season to get the DVD for shipping only. Sorry if the messaging is unclear, we'll work on that.

Okay addendum, if you had an upgraded season (single episode first then an upgrade later) it wasn't qualifying you for the free DVD. That's fixed now, so you should be good to go if that was your deal. Sorry about that!

That's exactly my situation (upgraded season). And a few hours ago it worked just fine, when I was trying out some possible combinations of items in my shopping cart. But I didn't order the W&G Collector's Disc back then.
NOW I want to order it, but when I click on "Wallace & Gromit's Grand Adventures (DVD Version)" in the store, it shows "Subtotal $19.95" in the following page. Where it was "Subtotal $0.00" a few hours ago. And I can't put the Collector's Disc into my cart for $0.00, no matter what I do.

So is it broken again?

Hey PoxyLeChuck, try it now. It's not broken, but there was some weirdness with your order history info in our system that I just (hopefully) fixed.
