If you think anyone in usa has no right to complain, you already lost the battle lol, whether there is validity in the complaint isnt for you to decide. its for the consumer, which in this case was not you.(MI wise)
yes Im aware things attenuate in value im no moron, but releasing two statues only to have the first be half off is a slap on the face to those who bought it right away thinking it would sell out (AND STILL IT HAS NOT)
so with your paradigm .. paleman, the ignorant suffer .. hazaa
and 9 months in terms of merch.. is new... in terms of computers and games.. its old... same with flys.. only living a few days..
so OLD is relative as is 99.9% of all things
yes the sam n max statue is new.. still... even in MOST eyes...
take sam n max as a whole... how old is the comic... now compare that to 9 months ago.. seems a bit .. new..

!!!oh and .. joesph of symbiote is just a kid... but a nice one... I spoke to him on the phone after paypal refused to even disclose info about his company without court documents. He agreed finally to refund my money if I sent back the statue. but this was a verbal contract, nothing written. so yeaaa
nice dude.. bad start for a company (shipping wise)
shipping is haaaaard to gain control of though.. so its best to learn to package properly !

You're still complaining about a buy one get one half off deal, which you have no right to complain about since you bought the statue early. If you want deals, don't buy right away. If something is included as part of a package deal, it's not the same as being discounted, and either way, 9 months is not new in any sense of the word. I think you'd have a hard time finding anything that isn't put into some kind of promotional deal or put on sale
nine months after being released.
Your sense of entitlement is pretty ridiculous. Just because something goes on sale (not to mention a buy one get one sale that is inherently designed to encourage multiple purchases) at some point does not mean that the company is insulting you or that you deserve any money back.
