Telltale Games

hello

Im hoping to get some help I just bought the new CSI deadly intent, it installs fine then when I go to run the came it goes to a white screen and I get "telltale games has encountered and error and needs to close"

Im wondering if I need a new graphic card but I would rather get some advice here before going out and buying one lol. Here is my system info:

Windows XP Sp3
Celeron 2.40ghz
2.00 gb ram
Intel 82865G graphic controller

Well, it certainly could be the graphics card. Intel cards don't tend to like video games in general, but I specifically remember that one coming up on several occasions. But before you go out and buy something, let's see if we can tweak some stuff first.

First, right click on your desktop, go to properties, and then click on the Settings tab. Make sure your color quality is set to 32 bit.

If that doesn't work, try downloading and installing this graphics driver: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...=9498&lang=eng

Finally, try updating your directX: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Unfortunately it didnt help, so off to buy a graphic card lol!
