WARNING, SPOILERS BELOW...

No wonder I couldn't get any further in the game. I used the leg lamp on the jungle beast BEFORE I could use it to get Stan's jacket (had to consult the walkthrough). Can't get the paw from the jungle beast either. This leaves me in a limbo with no other choice than to replay the whole game to this point. Sigh...

You should be able to go back and get the lamp still. And I'm not sure why you aren't able to get the paw. Could you attach a save file?

If you get the paw from him, you'll be given the leg again. Try to take the leg from the beast?

Sorry, I replayed the game up to this point and unfortunately overwrote the save file. I'm pretty sure I couldn't get the paw and that the lamp didn't shine. However, there's always the chance that I remember it incorrectly.

Anyway, thanks for a great game and a quick reply!

You had to use the leg with the moths at the area of Creepy Shack first. If you were able to give the leg to the beast BEFORE doing that, I suppose you're able to take the leg back from it. But oh well :/
