Much as some people (ok MOST people) dissagree, I love the C.O.P.S. Theme Song!

Yeah Bluster Blaster is my favourite when he's not "ill" like in NOTRD and What's New Beezlebub?

Chippy had a certain charm in What's New Beezlebub with his kind of significant role in the episode.

For some reason I've always liked Bob, for his enthusiasm in his approach.

Curt is my least favourite, with his drone-y Stephen Hawking like voice. But I would not want him removed from the group, all four of them are all essential to the entire group's appeal and likeability.

Yeah it's very enjoyable and the chorus is so catchy.

For some reason, Curt is actually my favorite. Ussually, when he said something in his robotic deathspan, I crack up. (Well, I like deathspan responses. In fact, I remember more jokes with Sam saying the punchline than Max do it. And that something).

At risk of being booed off this forum, I hate the C.O.P.S, my favourite bit about them would probably be the driving games in season two.
Also, not to sound pedantic the word is deadpan not deathspan.

Aside from Bluster Blaster, I liked Curt until they highened up his voice in Season 2 for no reason. I really want to listen to him but, his voice is too high.

Actually, it wasn't for no reason. The voice actor's voice was getting sore from all the yelling. They had to tone it down a bit. And by "a bit" I actually mean too much.

They process the voice before use it. I guess that dismiss the lack of volumen a little.

The thing is, Curt's not yelling, but in Season 2 his voice is really high compared to other C.O.P.S members (and other characters in the games, actually), or his own voice in Season 1.
