I will post a form of LeChuck and you will post how it is killed and the new form in which he returns.

Example:
He returns as ghost
-------------------
Guybrushes sprays him with root beer
He returns as a zombie

Here is the first form of Le Chuck:
After Episode 5 he returns as a vampire

No you got it wrong Episode 5 was when he returned as a vampire ToMI (Ep 6) he returns as a human

Guybrush exposed him to sunlight, then he dies, because he's a REAL vampire, not some wimpy emo kid who can't act.
He returns as the new British Prime Minister with a laser screwdriver.

The cheese smells so bad, Guybrush has to throw it out into the rubbish. LeChuck dies of suffocation in the rubbish bin (trash can, you silly Americans).

He is then reincarnated as Ron Gilbert. Keeper of the Fork in the Road.

With both Ron Gilberts side by side the only way to tell them apart is to put them in a Sierra game and give them both a puzzle to solve. LeGilbert fails miserably and dies.

He is reincarnated as a pile of cornflakes.

LeCHUCK NORRIS gets tricked into coming to the 20th Century to work as an action hero. LeCHUCK NORRIS gets trapped there, and then assumes the identity of Chuck Norris.

LeCHUCK NORRIS finally gets sick of his fame and comes back once more, this time going back to unbirth Guybrush Threepwood, however accidentally becoming Guybrush' father in the process.
