The place in the jungle with a locked chest... Was it Flotsam? Was it Monkey Island?

I assume it was Flotsam. Although the map requires you to bend reality,as Guybrush states, it doesn't seem likely that we would leave the island. Plus it was the chest from her hut in chapter 1- so Flotsam!

Edit: Explanation Fail.

I thought thehardmenpath was talking about the place in chapter 5? I'm pretty sure it was in the jungle in Flotsam. Looked like it, and several of the other locations were in Flotsam.

Wow, yea you're probably right. I guess my brain is totally shot. I forgot all about that anticlimactic chest in the forest. Yes, that was prob Flotsam as well.

I didn't put much thought into it, but I kinda assumed it was Spoon Isle for some reason. I recall a cliff in the background, and I think Guybrush mentioned "back on Flotsam", ie, Flotsam as a different place. Of course, he could've just meant "back then". And it was way past my bedtime when I was playing. :P

It could be on Monkey Island, just to stop all the moaning that Monkey Island doesn't appear in the game.

I was pretty sure that was the beach on Spoon Isle. It sure looked like the entrance to the jungle there.

I thought it was Flotsam, because of the fireflies. But I guess there was already a portal/rip on Flotsam, in Club 41.

Now that you mention it, there was no Monkey Island at all in this game.
I feel so cheated now.... I want my money back!!!!

It looked more like the jungles back at Spinner Cay to me, but I'm not sure.

Wait, if that was the chest from her hut in chapter 1, why did it have LeChuck's belt buckle from when he was human in it? That doesn't make sense...

It's located just off to the right of that tree on the Booty Island map that you can't click on.

Because it wasn't the chest from her hut in chapter 1. The chest from chapter 1 was the one with the tarot deck in it in chapter 4.
