...get your minds out of the gutter, I'm talking about a puzzle!
I'm to the point where all I need is her 'sacrifice'. She says she's got an idea, and that I should round up everything else first. I did, everything's placed on the ground in the middle of crossroads, but nothing happens. Halp.

Could it have something to do with me going to her and the headless swordsman first and solving that situation before I visited the other locations?

...okay, that was weird. I did that three times, and now that you told me to, it finally worked.

Yeah I don't think that dialogue was done correctly. I also placed the items first and then talked to her, but she still told me to place the items first.

I had the same problem ... At first I thought I ws just getting it wrong so I turned hints on and Guybrush suggested it and I though "I've already done that!!" so I tured hints off, went to see her and then she did it...
