Your oder form doesn't like my german telefone number. Any suggestions? Please switch it of (i don't understand why it is necessary any way) or make it work.

I used a bogus phone number ("007"), that works.

Hi Bob,

Unfortunately we can't control what information the store requires (Digital River has control of that). You're not the first person who's had trouble entering a phone number.

Please try Necroyeti's suggestion and let us know if that works or if you're still having trouble.
