Default Package not arrived

Hi, I don't know if this is anything that's in Telltale's control by now, but thought I'd better make a post about this, in case anything can be done.

I placed an order on November 30th (the day the store had the 20% off sale for those subscribed to the newsletter) and apparently it shipped on December 1st. I still haven't received the package though.

Being from the UK, I can't track my package. I've heard that sometimes international orders take up to 6 weeks, but it's been longer than that now and every time I've ordered something from Telltale before it's got to me after about 2 weeks. So this does seem weird.

Also, I ordered something else on December 18th and that arrived about a week ago, so it seems strange that the order I placed before this still isn't here.

I can provide staff members with more information if needed. Thanks.

Phew - what a relief! I am in *exactly* the same situation, I was worried I was the only one.

I emailed Telltale about this a day or so ago, they don't presently have access to UPS tracking but advised that international shipping can take up to 4-6 weeks in any case. Bearing in mind Christmas and snow an' all, the packages *should* be arriving any day now.

Hi there,
Yes, it is true that International shipments can take between 4-6 weeks. USPS International Priority did not offer tracking but we will be implementing some new things, using Global Priority instead, that will allow us to track better starting this week.

Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your packages. If after 6 weeks you do not receive anything, email us at support@telltalegames.com. We will find your package some how.

Scrawffler- I think you just got lucky with the package you received a week ago. You must have had the magical postman.

Cheers,
bonnie

Thanks, bonnie! I'll allow for the fact that post has probably been slow lately (e.g. Christmas and all the snow we've had) and will wait another week or two. I'll send an email if it still hasn't arrived.

FitzoliverJ, glad to hear I'm not the only one! I imagine a lot of people took advantage of the sale that day, I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out it happened to a few other people too.

EDIT: You're not going to believe this. My package literally just arrived! I guess making this thread must have jinxed something XD

Mutter mutter mutter mutter . Haven't had *any* post for *days* - mind you, there were vans out a lot today, and my block of flats is particularly icy.

Erk... I'm hoping my Surfin' the Highway comes tomorrow or even Saturday then. It was dispatched on the 1st Dec too. Had post yesterday and today and nothing but horrible junk mail. So glad they prioritised my junk over anything that I may actually want. I did order something from Amazon that was sent out first week of January and that still hasn't arrived either and it's being sent in the same country. It's off marketplace and I think the sender is even from the same county. Depressing.

I remember junk mail! God, I'd love some of that - just to reassure me that somebody's stll delivering stuff to my house! I've got several packages from various places due to arrive any moment now - when they do, it'll be like Christmas again, only somewhat better, perhaps.... Actually, come to think of it, my credit card bill will probably come along at the same time. Not so good.

It seems weird that you haven't had any post for a long time. It's probably because of the weather though. It snowed a lot a few days ago where I live, but it seems to be clearing up now. It actually rained today, and the roads aren't as icy as they have been.

As for junk mail... oh I got some real junk mail a couple of days back. Telling me to switch to the type of broadband that I am actually already on. :P

Another one who's waiting on an order dispatched on December 1st? Man that was an unlucky day for shipping! Hopefully your stuff from Telltale and Amazon will arrive soon.

I'm still waiting for my package...
My order shipped on December 7 2009, I hope it will arrive this week (or at least in January)

Hi PetiteBiere,
I've noticed that the European community who have ordered between December 7th and 9th are receiving their packages this week. It's crazy that it's been taking a full 6 weeks but the holidays were right in the middle mucking things up a bit. If you don't receive your package by, let's say Friday, ping me in the pm's and we'll go from there.

Cheers,
bonnie

Unhappy An Order placed in December 11th

My order is coming with free shipping so that may be the reason why it hasn't arrived after 6 whole weeks. Another reason why it's late may be the fact that its shipped to a miserable excuse for a European country, that always causes problems in the Customs.

The point is I'm a bit worried about the situation of my package, although I acknowledge the fact that it is out of the Telltale staff's hands. I can give order info, no. and stuff, if needed.

Also, I don't know when it was shipped, but only know when the order was placed. Is there a way I can learn the shipping date or has it not been shipped yet?

If the packages of the orders shipped in 9th of December mostly arrived in 20th January, mine should arrive around these days. But again I'm in a country where you can't ship video games from Amazon, so I don't know.

Hey there Sacador, I looked up your December 11th order and I don't see any shippable goods in it (hence, no shipping confirmation email). You bought two game seasons from us, but they're both downloadable. Check this link to access them!

Arrow Oh, yes !

Thank you!
I know Wallace&Gromit will start shipping in February 8th (from the interloper)
And Monkey Island DVD hasn't even been made yet.
But, I ordered the collector's dvd versions so will they be sent to me when they are available?

Just to clarify, purchasing a season does not automatically ensure a disc will be sent to you. To get the discs you have to order them separately just for the cost of shipping. Right now that can only be done as a pre-order for Wallace and Gromit and not at all for TOMI.

Hello there.

When I bought the Tales of Monkey Island games package, I also acquired the 6-button pack. I live in Colombia, South America, and even though I ordered two months ago, my precious... I mean, the buttons have not arrived.

I hope you can check this out, though I know tracking is not available for my order...

Thanks in advance for your support, and your games, which I've been playing lately, especially the Sam & Max ones.
