Now where can I download the game? It keeps asking me to pay again.

If that doesn't work (I think the first one applies to you), you'll probably want to repost your question in the Shopping or Activation Support forum. Your question will get more noticed.

If it's Culture Shock you're looking for, download it here: http://www.telltalegames.com/download/cultureshock

After you install, click "I've already purchased this" on the first game screen and enter your order number and password to activate.
