I can't tell: was I too subtle, or not enough?

(Yes, all of these sentences can relate to games. Yes, they can conceivably refer to something else as well.)

And if you want to print it, I can save a bigger version. Since it's vectors, I can really make it any size you want. I reduced it enough to be posted on the forums but if you want it to be bigger, no problem.

However since it doesn't have a border, I now realise it would be kinda hard to cut at the right place >.>

The main weapon in the greeting card companies' arsenals, the Valentine's Day Card is the single easiest way to express emotion by having some random writer speak for you. Like the holiday itself, it serves a triple purpose: It creates a designated day for people to be romantically spontaneous (lol), it's a week of free money for candy, jewelry and card companies, and it has the added benefit of barraging single folk with reminders of what they *really* could do without being reminded of. It's the classic three-prong business tactic: Love, money, and forced depression. Best part is, it's close proximity to Christmas ensures that people are as depressed as possible.


Not that I have anything against V-Day, mind you. Such a pleasant holiday.

Valentine Day is the 14th of February, and it's a "love holiday". Just like any cards given during a holiday, Valentine cards are cards with the holiday's theme, in this case love.
You sent them to people you love to tell them you love them

Well the card thing, as far as I know is a North American thing. I've never heard of sending cards for Valentine's Day in France.
Then again, I've never sent or received a Christmas card in France either. The only ones I have ever sent or received were birthday cards.

Here, I made a more printer-friendly version of the first one. Added a border so you know where to cut (it seemed it would wast less ink than a background) and I didn't put any guides for folding but it's in the middle both way so that should be ok, right?
