I'm always playing something different since I get most of my games through GameFly. Right now I'm renting CoD4, and I'm always up for a game (or two... or eleven) of Bomberman Live.

things you bought off of marketplace will only work with the original console unless you are connected to live. if you got rrod you probably will get a different xbox back
