no activation mail sent... What now?
Hi Telltale Team!
I bought Sam&Max (The whole 6 Episodes) Yesterday via Mastercard. I din't get any activation code. What do I do now? My "Past Purchases" Page shows: Sam & Max Season 1 Collection |

Did you use the same email address you have registered for the forum? I've heard from a couple of gmail users that the confirmation mail didn't arrive, but they're not bouncing back to us. Have you checked your spam filter?
To activate the game, download it here, install it and run it, and then click "I've already purchased this" on the first screen and enter your order number and the password you selected when you placed the order. I'll send you a PM with your order number. |
