dear whoever cares,
I have tried to e mail, but for some reason have not gotten a response. This is in regard to issue-27388. Wallace&Gromit's grand adventures will not install into my windows xp... just sits there. nothing happens.
solutions???

For starters, you might try the game support forum rather than Forum and Site Help. You have two options though besides that, either give us some specs on your machine so we could troubleshoot, or go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter. Once in there click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

Then zip the file and attach it to a message.

Your description is not clear to me, can you elaborate on what you do?

For now I assume you have the DVD Version, you insert the DVD and nothing happens.
In that case make sure autoplay is not disabled for that DVD Drive, or try to install it by starting the setup manually from explorer .
