Free Shipping Problem
Hey guys,
I emailed you 9 days ago (issue-28183) about having pre-ordered Sam and Max and only later realising that the Tales of Monkey Island deluxe edition stuff was available - a purchase which, combined would result in free shipping. I was hoping that, as an incredibly loyal and long-standing customer, you might allow me to retrospectively combine these and take advantage of the free shipping offer, but haven't as yet had a reply. Could you please let me know where I stand? Many thanks |
