Will sam & max delay my monkey island dvd
I just order my monkey island deluxe edition and pre-order sam & max the devils playhouse at the same time however, seems has the new sam & max is a back order item dose that mean I won't get my monkey island dvd into the new sam & max one is available?

Actually, it's all back ordered. The DVD won't ship until (we guess) April whether you ordered Sam & Max or not. It's in a pre-order stage, so they can estimate demand and prepare for it. Last I heard, Telltale's submitted it for approval from the powers that be (i.e. LucasArts), which could take about a week, and after that they're sending it off for production.

Actually, it seems very likely 301 will be released before the ToMI DVD's get shipped...

I wouldn't either, Monkey Island Finished before the Wallace and gromit dvd came out.
