For the "Tester" position, would i need to live in CA, or is it possible to do it remotely? i currently do testing, so this would be a good fit for me.

Live there I guess... they told us us Euro's where out of luck atleast, and such limitations aren't there if it's remote...

I recently asked Shaun this same question. The testing position does in fact require relocation of both mind and body.

Well, your still luckier than us here.

I can pretty much only name 1 Dutch development house, and that's Triumph Studio's (Overlord, Age of Wonders).

I would love to apply but Im in the UK, I'd love to work in the videogame industry, but I'm just gonna make my own game and create my own company

Seriously though, no matter how small you think your chances are of getting hired, at least if you actually apply they're better than zero.
