I've mailed to the support but nothing has arrived!
Why I can't play with my games?
I've always the same error code "UNLOCK_EMPTY" but isn't true!!!
My order is: 600056263919128

Can I've an answer please?

Don't know how long ago you sent the email ( support@telltalegames.com ). They normally reply in one or two days at most.

Could be, btw, did you purchase via the Macheist offer? Searching for unlock_empty brought up this thread http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/...t=UNLOCK_EMPTY

Thank you for all....I checked my firewall setting because the ping didn't worked.
Now all run perfect!
