I can't believe it, I go to install Sam and Max again and the key is invalid, I do the auto activation for reinstalling and the key STILL comes up as bad.

It was bad the first time, but I thought this had been fixed.

I responded to your support email earlier today. Did you get it?

There's something going wrong here, because you shouldn't be having these problems. I'd like to try to figure out what's going wrong. Please respond to my email so we can get to the bottom of this (and if you didn't get the email, let me know).
