The same could be said for getting happy and typing funny words, but that hasn't stopped me yet.

I don't think they could ban you if they tried. If they did attempt to do so then this would happen:

You're just too essential to the everyday activity of this forum, a bit like Silverwolfpet.

I kind of view Silverwolfpet as the saintly Jesus of this forum, Secret Fawful as the mischievous Devil and Doodo! as the mortal man, caught between those two, struggling to make sense of it all.

If you were to remove any one of these three elements the Internet would surely collapse in on itself, a bit like that house at the end of "Poltergeist".

Ah now, being funny is different.
Funny is like cement, it sticks people together and it provides stability, traits which generally tend to be a good thing.
Whereas, anger tends to act more like a pesticide, it repels, it kills, and it leaves a rather unpleasant smell in the room....

Oh, like Joel Dreskin.

I sense the perfect scenario for a Grickle video. I imagine the angry side shouting in monkey noises, much like this forum.

As a principle, I don't. This very Sunday I told my American relatives that sometimes I begin a sentence with "Methinks". They couldn't stop laughing.

It was cold as ice this morning, it's hot as hell right now, and now I hear a tornado might be on it's way here. Goddamn, I hate this weather.

Now I know what to get RetroVortex for Christmas this year...

I'd get you 2 slippers but money's tight right now, what with the recession and all. Maybe you could just alternate which foot you wear it on every 10 minutes or so and try to distribute the heat that way.

Sounds lovely, but what I really could do with is a new belt to beat my wife with.

Don't worry, she likes it. Kinky lass. XD

It's ok , with the gentleman seating gestures, he can hold his other bare foot under his leg.

I was looking for a example, but found this instead and got distracted...

He could always just chop off a foot. The slipper wouldn't fit right on both feet anyways since it's stereospecific.

I'm sure that you were merely distracted by the thoughtful, melancholic look upon her face.

Very good point. When would be best for me to come over and remove your foot with a cleaver RetroVortex? I'll just assume tomorrow is okay and catch a plane in the next hour. I'll even sneak in and perform the operation whilst you sleep, as not to awake you from your slumber. See you soon.

*heads off to catch plane*

No need to hurry. Planes to Ankh-Morpork are seldom found.

Davies doesn't need to fly to Ankh-Morpork. He's chopping off Retrovortex's foot.

I don't need to go visit Alcoremortis just yet. Though I do have a hacksaw ready and waiting for her fingers so that she can wear the fancy fingerless gloves I purchased for her. Besides, I've got my travel plans ready for RetroVortex. There's a budget airline near my house that goes anywhere if the price is right, even to the very gates of heaven...

It's fueled by happy thoughts.
