I'm stuck in the interrogation between the Sign Gorilla, Frankie the Rat and the German Tourist. I have the Dr. Norrington card but I can't move any further. Help please.

If you have the card your done with the tourist.
Frankie should of told you the gorilla was there, whihc means your done with him.
So the gorilla:
Get him to confess he saw the fight and he will reveal the rhinoplasty toy and explain how it will get him back in with Skunkape; at this point a noir speech will make him give it up

I guess I wasn't clear enough, I can get the doctor's name but I can't get the gorilla to talk about the rhinoplasty toy.

When I tell him he's lying about Skunkape, he just tells me about his life choices. I've done this both before and after getting all the info out of Frankie and the Tourist. I'm really stuck here.

You have to make Frankie explain it while he's talking about 'another space gorilla'. Then you can go to sign spinner gorilla and make him accuse of his lying.

Yes when the gorilla says he saw skunkape but goes onto life choices you accuse him of lying.

This leads him to confess he grabbed the toy to try and get back into skunkapes good books.
From there a noir speech makes him give it up
