No serial numbers on E-mail purchase confirmation.
Hello,
I live in Lakewood, California. I ordered 3 items from the store in May 26, a week ago, and I got an e-mail confirmation at the time of purchase. I still have the "Order submitted to the warehouse, it will ship soon come back for shipping info". I would like to know if it is normal for the e-mail confirmation to have no serial numbers of two items: -The collected Sam& Max: Surfin' the Highway (Paperback) -Sam & Max Season Two Case File I would also like to know why is it taking so long to ship my purchases. |
