I have spoken to bosco, I know I need a million dollar
I have spoken to the psychotherapist and I know she wants photos of aliens
but when I want to drive the car, there isn't an option to drive around.

Oh, in episode 2?! You have it in your inventory already from episode 1! Bosco wants money for a voice modulator in episode 2, which you get a different way.
