I already tried to email you guys about this, but I figure it can't hurt to use all avenues of communication. I ordered the TOMI Standard Edition Disc right around when they went up for order, and it has been showing the status of shipped since around June 18th. After clicking the tracking number, it shows that USPS has never heard of the package. Any help?

Ignore it. USPS's site is always doing things like that.

If the USPS status is something like "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on ***** **, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.", it's not abnormal. The number provided by USPS is actually a delivery confirmation and not an actual tracking number.
However a month seems like a long time.
Where did you have the package shipped to?
