304: Getting DNA
I can't figure out how to get the other bit of the DNA I need. Everything is hinting that it needs to come from Bosco (the younger), but I can't find anything.

Can't believe I forgot to read her mind. Now how the hell do I get her up there? Teleporting only transfers Sam & Max.

It's probably incorrectly thinking the player is already there instead of next to Momma Bosco (like the teleport issue in 301 which could auto-solve the Gorilla at BoscoTech puzzle) or like how going up at BoscoTech, then transform into the DeSoto gives musiclessness there too on the lower level like you were still on the upper level...
