Triplefine, argh! (wrong invoice of 179.55)

Well. - My order arrived. - Correct number of books (three, friends will be happy now). - Wrong invoice attached (tripled amount, 179.55 instead of 59,85) which customs used to calculate import tax on Need correct invoice, else bankrupt (kind of). Ok? Muchas gracias  )P.S: "For your reference, this case has been assigned the code 'issue-34669'. Please make sure to include this code in either the subject or the body of any e-mail you send to us regarding this issue." (I really don't want to get the overpaid import taxes back by reversing part of the credit card payment, but well, not answer yet) |

Resolved :))
Correct invoice received, IRS (well, German equivalent of) will pay overcharged tax back, different food than kraut for the rest of month
