Upon recovering Sam Jr. and going back up the tube to Sybil, the camera became stuck on the tube i exited from yet I still have full control over Sam. I can walk off screen however since the camera is stuck on the tube i cannot show Sybil Sam Jr. I have tried going back down the tube and starting a new file, neither of which have worked. If anyone else has this bug any ideas on how to fix it are helpful.

Never mind, deleting the local content and then re-installing and starting a new game worked for me.
