Hi Telltale,

If I buy the Adventure game pack and I eventually get Sam and Max will I be able to gift it as I already own the game?

If you visit the Adventure Bundle page and hover over 'Terms of Sale' (under buy now), the following points are listed:

This offer is not valid with any other promotion, offer or coupons.
Purchasers of this product are eligible for the end-of-season DVD for Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space only.

This item is not giftable. Sorry!
Telltale will only provide technical support for its own products. Please contact technical support for each respective game.

So in answer to your question, no, you cannot gift Sam & Max when buying the Adventure Bundle.

Yeah I saw that. So that means I will have two copies of Sam and Max in my account?
I thought only the games not made by Telltale were not giftable.

I think it's the package that's not giftable, but if you ask nicely, Telltale might transfer your previous S&M Season 2 order to a friend's account for you.
