I'm trying to fill in my billing address.. I see every country in the world except the United Kingdom... It's not even England or Britain or anything... Why?

Great Britain isn't even a country, it's the name of the islands as far as I know.

Great Britain is England, Scotland and Wales

The British Isles is the name of the islands. They are not all part of the UK (Eire/Ireland, Isle of Man).

The United Kingdom is, properly, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
