I just emailed support and gave my order number. They added the item to my checkout basket with the correct total.

Well so far it looks like if you really want that DVD, then you must contact support and you get the DVD added to your cart. (Watch out so you don't accidentally remove it, lol)
I decided to mail support and got a reply and the DVD in my cart within 24 hours. |

3rd case of broken code.
I emailed support about it. Seems the only fail-safe way to get the disc. (now if I can just find a deal to get the S1 Disc for $10 or less my collection will be complete! )

Haha, you're right ! So finally the promised email arrived and it's not working - again ! Maybe it is their idea of a joke? Even the link to the Season 2 DVD in their mail is broken !

I'm pretty sure the coupon isn't working for anyone. It's not working for me either, but just posting that doesn't really help anymore - if the code DOES work, THEN it would mean something, but it seems that right now it's not working for anyone.

Hi again, guys. Sorry for the issues here - we had some problems with our mail queue this week not delivering that didn't get resolved until last night. As for problems with the coupon code, I think I fixed that this morning, so please try your coupons for the free dvd again and let me know if it works now. Thanks!
