Default Destructoid stole my work!

So I just found this http://www.destructoid.com/my-sexy-n...t-153055.phtml

Everyone remember that little thing I created? :/ So I haven't been credited at all... anyone know if I can potentially sue them or something? *angry faic*

I like how at the bottom of the site it says "All editorial content, including blogs, comments, and forums written by our community, are licensed under a Creative Commons License permitting non-commercial sharing with attribution."

They're basically saying, "we've stolen your work and if you want to share it, you have to credit us, even though we didn't credit you"

Update: They've removed it now! And Damn straight too

Your awesome creation was my desktop background until my newborn baby took over.
I don't know about suing them, but sending them an angry e-mail might soothe you. Not sure what else it would accomplish, though...

Way ahead of you... I then posted on here to further soothe my pain

And what makes me most furious is that I found it on the SECOND page of google search for "Monkey Island Guybrush Sprite". Now that would have been good publicity for me if I had actually been credited!!

Should DoctorM64 pitch a fit, too? After all, I'd wager that's his Project AM2R used in thar.

So, since apparently it's no longer there, mind posting here what your little image was?

Scapetti, I hadn't seen it before now but that is so awesome. Hah, such a great job of making it look like Monkey 2 but from new TOMI content. Many props!
