Default Missing (backordered?) T-Shirt

A week ago, I wrote this email to Telltale's Support

That order was backordered during a couple of months, and finally shipped on July 13 (my birthday, btw!). It finally arrived a couple weeks ago, but incomplete, with a note that said that Max & Crossbones T-Shirt still was backorderd.
Any news on when may I expect to receive it? I hope I will not have to pay shipping again for it...

Similar problem here, Monkey Island DVD + crossbones T-shirt. Only the DVD has arrived. First I waited ages for the Monkey DVD to get released only to notice, that now they don't have any crossbone T-shirts in stock! Would have thought they could have reserved me a T-shirt back in April when I made the order...

Created a problem ticket also, but no reply yet. (Created the ticket only few days ago)

yes ive had the same issue i ordered the max crossbones shirt when i pre ordered puzzle agent still not got it yet just an automated responce issue-34516. im wondering whats going on.

ok so they resonded and said that they wernt sure why my shirt wasnt shipped so they are gonna be making sure it gets out this week

ok so no change in the account of wether it was shipped or not even though they said early this week. lets check the old calander here, and wait whats this, its thursday and no change. just great.

I've just received an email saying my order has shipped, without any further description of the order itself (items on it, etc...). Since the order number that appears on the email doesn't fit any of the order numbers on my "Your Games" page, I suppose this order is the missing T-Shirt

Update: Bonnie created another order for my T-shirt the 23rd of August. Product was (apparently) shipped September 9th. Why the wait?

Let's see how long does it take for the T-Shirt to arrive.

Open some other order invoice and replace the number in the URL with the new order number.

It has arrived today. Not only one package... but two! Two identical packages with the same T-shirt, when I only ordered one. Telltale's mistake? Compensation for the inconveniences? Should I return the second T-shirt or can I keep it?
