Hey. I downloaded Puzzle Agent for the iPhone (a 3G, if it's important to know that). Whenever I open it, it shows the title screen (at least I assume it's the title screen. It's Nelson screaming with the title in top-right corner) for a few seconds before taking me back to the app menu. I can't play the game. I tried restarting the iPhone, and even deleting some other apps in case it was a memory issue, but it didn't help. Any ideas?

Make sure you're actually turning your iPhone completely off and back on again to reset. If it's actually powered all the way off, it will take a few seconds to boot up when you turn it back on again.

If that doesn't work, not sure what the problem would be. What version of iOS are you running? If it's an older version, updating to the latest could help.

I have been restarting it properly. I think my iOS is 3.0.

All right, I downloaded that software update. That took a while, but it finally works! Thanks so much! Can't wait to play it!
