So I revived the alien brain and now I'm trying to get to Momma Bosco's lab so I can get the homing beacon. If someone can help I'd appreciate it, and after this I'll try going as far into TDP as possible without consulting walkthroughs or the hint forum.

Well, there is a gorilla guarding the door. First see what the gorilla will encounter in his near future, then try to get past him. Somehow.
Use teleportation to go into the building.
Okay, apparently door guarding gorilla wasn't the only gorilla. But it fits your future vision now, as there are two gorillas that you have to beat up. And boy, the other gorilla strangles Max really hard.
Don't forget you can teleport anyone who's touching Max.
The below spoiler is a giveaway.
Climb on the roof of the building using the stairs on left, then stand on the flagpole. Change to Max, and teleport to Stinky's cellphone while Sam has it in his inventory.
