Question Add extra DVD to non-shipped order?

Hey guys! I ordered the Sam & Max season 3 and Tales of Monkey Island DVD's a while ago, and shortly after also got myself the Great Adventure Bundle so I could get the only Telltale game I didn't have yet: Sam & Max season 2. However, I'd also really like to have the DVD for season 2, yet I'm not particularly keen to pay the international shipping costs yet again. Is it somehow possible for me to add the Sam & Max season 2 DVD to my previous order, seeing as it's not shipped yet, or am I out of luck?

Sending an e-mail to support@telltalegames.com is indeed your best option.
Just know that in the past, the only way to do what you'd like done (adding an item to an existing order) was canceling the original order and place a new one.

I'm not sure if this applies to orders with backordered items.. Because they haven't been sent to the warehouse yet, so it shouldn't be a problem to change them before they are sent. You know what I mean?
