So I've tried everything I could think of to kill Jurgen, but he keeps knocking away my stakes, and I can't figure out how to get the soul matter to work (I gave it to the monster)

Can I get some help?

Your soul can't go anywhere if it's still in your body.
How was your soul removed by Jurgen in the first place?
Use Jurgen's Soul Remover device.

I can't blame you from having problems, solution does not exactly make sense as you would expect that soul is the actual person, not other way around like in the rest of the series.
