Not being able to put free dvd's into shopping basket

ive bought sam and max seasons 2 and 3, tales of monkey island and the strong bad games, s&m season 3 and the special edition of tales all go into my basket as normal, but when i try to add season 2 and strong bad, i keep getting charged full price at checkout, well 50% of full price, with the free shipping offer this would be a great time for me to pick up the discs i want that i otherwise wouldnt be able to get because of shipping, please help, its worth noting i just bought episodes 4 and 5 of season 2 just this second, and that could be a factor as to why i havent been able to add the dvd to my checkout at no extra cost

strong bad is giving it me for $21 it recognises i own one of the games and not all, i do own episode 1 twice, as i bought it when it came out and then the entire season at a discounted price during another off.

That's a pity, I made the purchase with the understanding I'd be able to order the dvd's today to avail of free shipping

Sure you can. If you buy it as a gift, you can print out a gift card and wrap that.

Ah it isn't the same, a physical gift is easier to explain and takes up a bit of space under the Christmas tree!
