It is a thing. No real details as to which ones, but apparently it will be in cinemas. One near me, hopefully.

That sounds fantastic. Hopefully it eventually makes it's way to theaters outside the UK as well.

I'll need to see it in cinema cos I don't have movie channels which means I don't get the 3D channels. (I was content with 3d blu rays till now (now))

I was under the impression that the BBC's 3D broadcasts were on BBC HD. So long as you've got a HD digibox, you ought to be able to get those on Freeview.

So, as a random note... I now can't watch "The Next Doctor" without getting totally creeped out.

Definitely worth checking this out - all eight "classic" Doctors feature. Speculation now rife as to who is supplying the voices of the first, second and third Doctors.

That picture is awesome. I'm even more excited about the docudrama than the real episodes at this point.

In other anniversary news, Moffat promised again that there will be more than a single 60 minute special for the anniversary:

He doesn't elaborate though. Draw your own concusions. I'm not sure when they'd have the time to film much more. The BBC normally isn't that good at keeping secrets like that, but who nows. This is from the man himself though, so pretty promising I guess!
