Updated the main post. Anything I'm still missing?

Perhaps a link to the official support FAQ in the support section? It might be a little out of date but still has lots of useful info about the store, unlocking games, and dealing with technical problems.

Oh and maybe something like this:

Can I play my game on more than one computer?
For the PC/Mac games downloaded from Telltale's website, the answer is generally 'yes'. There is a limit to the number of different machines you can unlock the game on (with your username/password or serial number/unlock code) but from all reports it's reasonably generous, and if you do hit the limit, a kind email to support@telltalegames.com may get it increased or reset.

However, this doesn't mean you can just let all your friends use your TTG account to play a game you bought - if they really like it, they should buy it themselves.

Of course, once you've got the DVD, there's nothing stopping you lending that to your friends so they can play the games - most of the Telltale DVDs just need the disc in the drive to play.

I have few questions for the Telltale guys

Number 1. Q: What are your favorite oldskool games?
Number 2. Q: What about Linux?

Er, for Number 2, did you actually READ the FAQ at the start of this thread?

There's a guide on the Support section of the forums to help you get your games up and running with Linux. Since "Abe Lincoln Must Die!" is freeware, I'd suggest getting your settings calibrated using that game before you purchase other ones.
The FAQ has links in it, so go back to the top of page 1 and have a read

Can't help with No. 1 but I bet the majority of Telltale Employees enjoy all those Lucasarts games from the early 90s... mainly because they wrote some of them

Q. I met this awesome guy named Tom. Why isn't he a moderator?

We say it's because he bugs everyone with his incessant requests, but in truth... We really don't know.

Q: I made this fan translation / Can I release a fan translation of the game?

A: Due to legal copyright reasons, it isn't allowed to link to any form of modifications to the games, even if it's only a modification of one of the asset files or an extra file to allow for the modifications. That also includes fan translations.

That's what I thought, too, but...

"For the physically handicapped- There are no fast movements required in any of the games-"

I think you can strike this one after the high pace jet fuel puzzle in the first episode of back to the future.

You ARE allowed to retry as many times as you like. Same with the penultimate puzzle in Tales.

You only need to donate an international airport to Telltale in order to convince them to make something based on your sole demand.
