Alright, then if you follow these steps you'll be very likely to get what you have asked for.

Enter a store.
Purchase Tales of Monkey Island.
Travel to Udria.
Force someone at gunpoint to translate the entire game.
If that doesn't work, get abducted by aliens.
Chances are that they have studied every language in the world, and will be able to teach you what they know.
Translate the Monkey Island game yourself.
Distribute it via Filefront.
Get a bullet-proof vest.
