Hi,

I pre-ordered Hector on April 23, but it still doesn't show up in my games list. I also realized today that I don't have access to the insider forum for Hector.

Could you please correct this?

I also pre-ordered Hector and have neither the insider forum access nor shows the game up in my games list.

I also have the same problem. Pre-ordered Hector and Jurassic Park but they dont show in the games list.

Same here (actually not quite). Jurassic Park obviously not showing up anymore, no icon for Hector but the serial appears next to Puzzle Agent, as if it were another code for PA. Can't access the insider, either.

Same thing here, I pre-ordered Hector and Jurassic Park together, now that the release for JP has been changed the entire order for both games seems to have been removed from my Games page. Did Hector get refunded along with Jurassic Park, and will I have to order it again?

Mine's not in the "Your Games" section, but it is in the order history, so I'm not panicking. I can also already see into the Insider Forum.

Still no Hector for me. Sent an email to support.

edit - Well, someone must have seen my email, I've got Hector available for download now. Thanks, whoever it was!

I appear to be having the same issue or at least a related one, since the game doesn't want to recognise my username and password; which I assume is related to Hector not showing up in the My Games page (aside from an invoice in the Stuff you Bought section.)
