Lambert Gamebreaking (albeit not entirely) [PC]

So, I'd done TWO of the three demands of the terrorist; closing the porn shop and repairing the clock tower. What I had in my inventory was Jar o' changes, Who Cares button, spray paint, pamplet and wig. I was looking for the handbag but could not find it anywhere. Decided to get a subtle hint from Lambert. Whenever I tried to talk to him in that situation, I seemingly switch to the talking mode, but never accomplish to talk to him. Sometimes dialouge choices don't pop up, and when they pop up they're unclickable. There is no way to return to gameplay, and even ESC key doesn't let me go to the menu, so I'll have to Alt+F4 my way through and run the game again. Luckily autosave feature saved the game just in time so I can continue without any loss, but trying to talk to Lambert always leads to the same conclusion.

I avoided the situation by, well, actually solving the puzzle, but I'd like to know if other people get the same thing as well.

I had the same glitch. Managed to solve the puzzle though. But still, it's a big glitch.
