Default Is it legal

Is it legal to download this game from Torrent since I purchased this off of PlayStation network ? See I sold my PS3 for a new graphics card because I am sick of poor frame-rates on the PS3 .

I have only played Episode one and not about to buy this game again ..

Look at Portal2 !! PlayStation players can play it on steam or PS3 . I have spent close to 300 dollars on DLC and now I can never play it again .

Closed. Not a great idea to get into piracy talk on a video game company's forums, especially about that particular company's games.

Common sense folks.
