Why that? The size of a game is obviously no indicator for quality. I personally like it because for me it means they are programming it efficiently. Also check the directory. A huge portion of this are not game files.

Well they said the price would remain at least for 1 week. That time is up but the programmer was moving to a new home. He seems to have arrived now.

Iunno... Any price higher than 10$ is a waste for this game, no matter how entertaining it is. They already got so many profit from an amateurly coded game.

Mouth looks kinda off I guess so that irks me out a little. I'm planning to crush this one completely and work on a better placed, full body statue but I'm keeping that till we make a Telltale server.

Quick question to those that have the game.
Is there a way to communicate with people ingame if you dont have a mic?
I don't have one and a lack of communication wont help with multiplayer.

As you see its a nice 2 floor house. I copied Total Biscuits idea of adding a door and being able to mine at night, and hopefully I can expand that area down there for when NPCS start joining. Until then I need some better weaponry and a bed so I spawn there.

you base the amateurly on what facts? There is one coder, the game is in beta and was released early because people wanted it and it is quite well playable since the alpha. Multiplayer is a bit of a mess right now but he is working on it and I actually trust him to do the stuff he wants to do with the game. The PR-guy is doing a good job to. And y<es they made quite a bit of money from this project. But even with the game being as it is right now the money is well earned.

It's amateurly coded if you make comparisons with other games bearing the same price. There are also gaps left void intentionally -since it's only the beta- but I'll have to count that as well since everything the game offers you except for its primary idea (survive and build shit) depends its existence on trial and error. Sure, BETA means exactly that; but not every game releases a BETA and willing to change every aspect in the game. Still, it doesn't mean much and amateur coding isn't the same as lazy coding. Game's compatibility holds up pretty good for what it has to offer. I just think 10$+ isn't the exact equavalent of this coder's sum of effort went into the game.

Yeah, while building a shelter I started thinking "Hey doesnt this look exactly like TB's world?"
Makes me wonder how randomized it was
EDIT:Ok his world looks much different than mine looking back, but still that one area was pretty similar before I levelled it.

You can tell very easily I based my house off of them, but I am working on some new stuff as well. Ill show you a pic of what Ive got after Im done watching this.

GOD, Jesse is so awesome. They play the game so impractical IMO, and I get a lot of facepalms out of it, but Jesse's comments make it so worthwhile.

So I guess we don't have much players around and there isn't much of a way to get a Telltale Server work, at least until the next update in which they take care of the multiplayer problems, but I would really like to partake in such a thing. Let's get it to work people, somehow :<

Cant someone just make a server, name it telltale land or something, add a password for us, and those who have the game play together?

I played some multi yesterday with the guy that gave me his second copy of Frozen Synapse for the game. It was quite interesing but I should have made a new character for multiplayer. *makes a note for the future*
