What's up with TellTale customer service?
I placed an order with them 3 days ago and asked a specific question about the order and they've not responded... I have since re-sent the email and got nada. Is this normal for them? I'm feeling a wee bit uneasy about the transaction now...

Amy, ah groovy, thanks! I didn't know this forum was actually tied to the folks that work at TellTale.
