TOMI crashes in Episode 4 (german)

Hello there, I played the Steam-Version of TOMI 1-4 in German with
no greater problems till now. (Win7 64)
After taking the cutten legs and wanting to go to the jungle the game is crashing.

Is there a patch to solve this problem?
And: No it's not a problem with directx or the gfx-card-driver beause
the ENGLISH-Version is running with no problem!
