One word to describe bill s.978...FAIL!
A friend of mine told me about this particular bill, if this gets approved. A lot of people who enjoy making videos on youtube are going to get screwed.

If this goes through I'm wondering if this will effect me since while I'm in England (which means I should be safe) the videos I make go onto YouTube and that's in America. Also heres another video about Bill S.978

Whilst the law will apply to games, I VERY much doubt that it would be enforced in those circumstances. After all, it's free publicity for the gaming companies. The main allure of a game is playing, not watching.
I support this bill in principal, but it does need some rewording.

Will this effect on other stuff on youtube as well? Like say music, cartoons, including films that are in the public domain as well as not being on DVD?

The more I think about it the more stupid and impractical this bill sounds also on a side note why does this remind me of the Internet Kill Switch Bill?
