Default The Higgs Boson for Dummies

I'd appreciate it if some one with a sound scientific mind could try to explain this in it's most simple principal state.

Thank you.

I think the fundamental principal is lacking, sir.

Speedy things can go into my mouth, and depending on what I ate come out the other side rather fast.

I was wondering if I could get the actual principal concept...

Can some one please explain to me the how/ why, instance, of this within simple terms? What is it relevant to?

The Higgs Boson particle is a theoretical particle that underlies the known system of smallest particles of massless and mass particles. Massless and mass particles govern different portions of the fundamental forces that are strong interactions, weak interactions, electromagnetism and gravity. When massless particles take on mass they govern a different of the forces. However we have no explanation for how particles take on mass. The HB particle is a theorized particle that would explain how these particles transition between states. It is a class of theorized elementary particles more fundamental than those we currently observe and explains transitions in states and the ensuing change in what is governed.

Personally I think the yellow bit is winning... but I am rooting for Blue.
