With the Help of the extensively knowledgeable Homestar Runner Wiki I figured out that number 92 is Necron 99 from Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards."

Number 97 is XR from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. The one currently listed as 97 should be 96.

Er...number 5 is Maximilian from the Black Hole. Oh and number 152 is the little robot from Spaced Invaders. I love that he's in there because he's such an obscure character. That's why I love this game. =P
